Theresa was good enough to send me some tea, and I love it. When served hot, it is smooth, subtly fruity and not at all bitter like most teas. Lemon, milk, sugar or honey would compliment it if you typically doctor your teas, but it does not need a thing. On its own it makes a perfectly soothing and enjoyable "cuppa" that is very easy to drink.

In the summer, community youth help them harvest the blueberries. In the fall, women from Blessed Hope Ministry and Calvary Chapel Central Maine (a residential discipleship opportunity for women seeking a way of escape from a life of drugs and alcohol through their relationship with Jesus Christ) arrive to help them with the harvest and tea preparation.
